Refund policy
At Skin and Soul, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons:
- Opened skincare products
- Jewellery (unless faulty)
How to Return Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
