Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across South Africa. Shipping is a flat rate of R113.00 and orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

How will I know my order has been placed?

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once it's on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make amendments.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love everything you receive from Skin and Soul. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: skincare products, accessories that have been worn, and any items marked as final sale.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
